Small restaurant held with a light and friendly hand by a freshly retired couple, with direct view on the beautiful port of Gruissan. A smiling, polite, very pleasant staff with customers. The kitchen is bistronomic with a menu at 39th for a flat entrance where dessert dish, and a menu at 45th dessert dish entrance. A map primarily focused on seafood. Ladies reassure yourself there are also dishes with meat for those like me who don't necessarily like seafood. An atypical address, God! I don't understand the bad opinions on this restaurant... in the meantime, yes! But if you are attentive to the open kitchen, the chef and his acolytes prepare the dishes on the wire, nothing warm! And when the room is full (25/30 people, it is normal to wait at least 30/40 minutes! The service was a bit disordered, but the atmosphere and decor of the room make us forget this! And the parrot, an attraction of the evening, spends time. With respect to the entrances, dishes and desserts... it was excellent! They're well presented. Home sangria is very good! We'll be back with pleasure. For information, the parrot is a woman named Gaia... not Gaillard lol!

Always as exceptional!!! A professional and warm service, gourmet dishes that sublimate fresh products. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful veranda, facing the marina, a perfect setting! We love the very friendly atmosphere and the dishes that we'll go back again and again. Thank you very much to Chef Bernard who came to greet all the tables at the end of service (it's very appreciable) and to all his beautiful Team for this exceptional culinary moment share with friends. Fantastic recipes and a full and varied menu with quality products and a very good balance of flavors. A very beautiful culinary and human experience. The dishes are succulent and original. The atmosphere is friendly thanks to the good humor and humor of Bernard and Thierry. In summary, enjoy good dishes with views of the port and in a friendly atmosphere than ask for more? Except that you delocalize your restaurant in Normandy so that we can come more often.

I will not say that everything is perfect because on this earth there parfection is rare, but the dishes are succulent, served with delicacy and humour which does not spoil anything. The mosquitoes have a disturbed tantinet the tranquility of the terrace with very beautiful view of the harbour. High prices for the port of Gruissan.
