one of the Italian restaurants with gluten-free reference in valencia. They have a wide menu of gluten-free, a variety of pastas and pizzas and, moreover, delicious! the pizza dough is very good, it is not like the typical unfrozen little ones that take you out in other places, but they are of quality. the pasta to the ragù is a past, it has become one of my favorite dishes, despite how simple it may seem. the waiters are always very nice and nice and the place is cozy, so there is no stick that can mention.

We were looking for an Italian who had gluten-free options and this is specifically validated by acecova (Celiac Association of the Valencian Community) therefore control the issue of cross contamination. The very rich pasta, but the best for us were the pizzas. totally recommended!!Thanks so much for taking care of the celiac collective!
