We were a party of 7, staying at the Nouvelle Hotel for one night, so we decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant for convenience. The service is friendly, the starters were good and the cafe gourmand dessert was lovely. BUT the main courses were appalling, barely edible, and two of them arrived after the other five were finished, and then only because staff were reminded that some of us did not have our dishes. Two of us asked for wine which arrived, after a couple of reminders, when the main course was finished, and instead of the requested two glasses, four glasses arrived. Also at the time of paying I was paid a 2-course menu at 20 euros while my dish was not part of it and was less expensive so I paid more than what I was and the waitress didn't even offer a refund, she just said sorry I was wrong. very smiling welcome very nice choice of wines with glasses and bottles. the croze hermitage white dom of the doveier really top and the horns of the beautiful stuffed house. a tip the beef tartar. Thanks again to the team and the eddy room manager.
