A rare gem in 21st century France. This is a classic French restaurant with daily specials inspired by traditional French cuisine. Everything is made from scratch, in house, by the owner himself (Christophe and the service is top-notch providing everything at exactly the right time. I ordered a Kirsch Apéritif which was accompanied by a house-made chicken rillette. For my Plat Principale, I ordered the Filet of Beef with the local favorite Maroilles Sauce (made from Maroilles cheese which is the pride of the region, le Nord . The plat also came with a cozy side of puréed potatoes loaded with flavor, and to top it off, I ordered a Jenlain Ambrée (local beer as a beer seemed more suitable than...
