La Table du Village

This little restaurant upon a terrace overlooking the Siagne valley and mountains beyond is a joy, popular with locals and visitors alike it has a short but varied menu of very tasty French dishes at prices well below the equivalent on the coast . Well worth the drive if you are staying in Mandelieu la Napoule (20 mins) or even Cannes as the historic hilltop village of Auribeau is worth a visit. The hardworking staff are friendly and attentive. This is Back to basics after the previous iteration of the restaurant , Nossi B, was getting a bit pricy . Highly recommended.

What a lovely terrace and environment to drink and eat. We arrived with the intention of having dinner here. The options seem to be anonymous tapas, t bone steaks or burgers. Not really conducive to the lovely setting. We expected more. Unfortunately, the owner seemed completely disinterested in taking our food order. After 1 hour we decided to live and it wasn't busy. We didn't see anyone else get served in that time either. Suggest you go to the Bar du Portail for salads and pizzas up the road instead. The view is just as good and the service and food are excellent.

Very nice setting, nice view and friendly owner. However 26 € for two electric oven pizzas and a couple beers is a bit exaggerated... it's not like you are on the beach with your feet on the sand. Perhaps it's just because they are getting started?

This resturant offers traditional local fare as well as general French and international cuisine. Food is meticulously prepared, service is charming and personal.

We visited last night and we were delighted with the food, wine, service and stunning setting. Returning again this evening!
