La Tour du Prieux - Reservar uma mesa

We have been to this beautiful family run restaurant several times over the past couple of years and it always excels. We've had 5 course lunches for less than 14 Euros per head, admittedly there is no choice of menu, you either take it or leave it as is typical in a lot of French bistros, but the food is sooo good that is highly unlikely yoy won't like any of it. We had mini quiches that melted in your mouth for an amuse bouche, then tasty vegetable soup with chunks of crusty bread dropped in it. Then there were beautiful filo pastry sausage pasties. Many fine restaurants in this area of the Lot but this is special. Indoors is tasteful and quirky, old priory with all the old stone work. Outside peaceful and tranquil. Lovely food,varied and delicious menu du jour includes wine and coffee. Attentive and caring family run, don't miss out. Have visited many times and never been disappointed

We stopped on the way through for lunch. A superb value meal, five courses of well presented, enjoyable food and at a fantastic price. Personal service and well behaved dogs accepted, meals can be taken inside the restored building or on the vine clad terrace. If your nearby well worth a visit.
