La Transat - Reservar uma mesa

I ate at La Transat as part of a british contingent of 35 over for a friend wedding. We gave the restaurant a few hours notice and they were happy to accomodate. Can you imagine this happening in Englang!!! The food was lovely and the portions of Moules were outrageous. The bill was the best part. 3 courses and 3 beers came to 30 Euro per head!! The service was great and we had a lot of fun with our broken french and the waiters broken English. If I visit Arzon again I will be sure to return to LaTransat.

Varied menu with st prices covering all price ranges, we ate from the less expensive ones but found them excellent value. Ideal location for a family meal as you overlook the marina with good food at reasonable prices. Good choice of fish dishes, both starters and mains with the skate wings particularly good, but the steak was also most enjoyable. Will return on future visits to the are,

The place was always crowded with locals which is always a good sign to select a decent restaurant. The menu was moderately priced and jet very tasteful. Some of the best oysters I had in a long while. The waiters seemed a bit gloomy at first but turned out to be rather nice and provided very fast service in the end.

The owner is obnoxious and the staff are not at all weloming not one single smile. The place is not clean the air conditioning unit is disgusting. The napkin provided with the bottle of wine was absolutely filthy as was some of the cutlery. The service is not at all good and food is mediocre to say the least.

We ate here three nights running. Staff were friendly, and there was a good choice of good food at reasonable prices, with daily specials. Covered terrace.
