we stayed at the hotel in november 2021. the hotel was beautiful and the staff was so nice and everything they would expect from a Waldorf hotel. we ate dinner in la veranda and it was far and away the worst meal we had on the...trip and that counts the airplane food (delta really created her game recently). it obviously tries to be something for all different types of tourist, but without constraining and somehow also very few options. I would have liked to have an salate, but there was no such thing. we have made the reservations from the outland to be sure that a great annual day (and see what ramsey had until) the beautiful chandeliers in this historic building made it seem like it was an elegant evening meal. it was full that we sat in front of the servier area, very busy, far away from the windows. our waiter wiped his nose with his sleeve. very slow service, our drinks were finished before the appetizers arrived. so slow, the 3-course meal lasted two hours. finally my steak arrived. it was so hard that I couldn't cut it. it must have become cold with the long waiting time, then someone tapped it in the microwave incredible. the plastic food ads in tokio are probably softer. gorden r...

dear gordon, I sometimes see their TV shows and am amazed to see that their recommendations are given so powerful to other restaurant owners are not applied to their own faust. the starter was alone and sad in a white teller, not very well presented and not. the tasty. the main course (shin) was almost cold and so dry I almost hammered. I can't even remember what my desert was, that's how unforgettable it was. we had dinner during the stay in the hotel. friendly and efficient staff. eating was bad. we started with the gravlax of laugh: tasteless and even not good: a marinade of nelken, cinnamon, sternanis would have brought the court into the...right direction. also the supposed fresh lemons were missing. apparently no one tasted what was served. the same for the cod: missed salt 'n pfeffer and simply had no taste. sad

I am a fan of Gordon but his Risotto was very simple in flavors, I was expecting an explosion of flavours as I cook vegetarian food consistently I love Vegs options . Daube de sanglier was ok but not amazing . Beautiful Restaurant and good...service. A
