we stayed in this restaurant hidden in the green, on the French road leading to the hill of Tenda. We discovered it by chance, when we decided to take off from the long queue to enter the tunnel and try again the climb to Italy after lunch. It was late, but we were welcomed. We were just the two of us and at first we seemed to wait a little too long for the course, but then we realized the reason. We've been prepared all the time and I have to say it was worth it. Warm Neapolitan appetizers delicious, fried but not heavy. Homemade stuffed dumplings, with a sauce of homemade nuts with a real goto of nuts and totally different from the industrial one.
