First of all the restaurant is beautiful: a stunning house in the typical style of the region. The service is perfect. The waiter was 100% accurate and professional - it has been a while I have not had the pleasure of experiencing a great servicing. And last but not least the food is just superb. The menu has a selection of exquisite and fine dishes (I think that the fact of not having long menu options is a good sign as food is fresh). The chef is amazingly good: we had Saint Jacques with lobster with a purée of celeri trufe as main dish, which followed a great dish of langustine and which proceeded an amazing cheese composition(cooked with some bacon).
