LA'AU'S taco shop - Reservar mesa

The menu here sounded great, so we ordered the Lettuce Wrap Tofu Tacos, and a cheese quesadilla. The meat eaters in our group ordered the tilapia tacos and were disappointed at the lack of flavor aside from spice. Unfortunately, the food did not taste like the description: the tofu was deep fried and although it came with a ginger-soy sauce, I couldn't taste it. The taco just tasted of fried tofu and pineapple salsa. Even after adding lime (which I got from the optional sides near the napkins) and stealing some pico de gallo from the quesadilla plate and adding that to my taco, there was still little flavor. I have a problem and it is that I always want Mexican food. I will always search for Mexican restaurants that will cater to vegans. This place is one of them. They have a menu where they have chosen options and the ability to create your own meal. Two of the provided options are vegan and you can make your own meal as well. I had a burrito bowl and it was awesome. I would compare this to a higher end Chipotle, for sure.

Amazing, I had almost everything on the menu. The Baja Steak Burrito is my Fave!!! The food is made to order so it is fresh. The rice is sticky and fluffy, making it perfect with everything. La'aus is def on my Top 5 list to eat fave spots. Can't get enough of Laaus.

We love the tofu here. It’s maybe our favorite restaurant tofu ever. It’s lightly battered and has great flavor. We call this place Chipotle meets Hawaiian. We like having lunch there. Reserve uma mesa agora

I had a gluten-free mahi mahi bowl that was delicious. We also have some tacos. Everything was so good I got seconds. I'm looking forward to going back!

One of the best Burritos I've ever eaten. Everything tasted super fresh. Came at about the same price as Qdoba or Chipotle, but better quality.

a sweet little hole in the wall square to get margaritas and vegan Burrito/Bowl/Salads. her tofu is amazing!
