very nice walk with Normandy local products, in this spring reveil that smells good freshly cut grass: asparagus with garlic of bears, ormeaux, sarrasin, isigny salmon, beet smoke and livarot, cute net, bits, panais, chocolate sauce oseille, all with wine/cidre/biere/sak arrangements soon!
