Fantastic restaurant, with beautifully presented food in a relaxed setting. The tasting menus are reasonably priced. We added the drinks pairing to the Iberian tasting menu. The drinks were well paired and complemented the dishes. One minor annoyance was that the drinks mostly came after the food arrived. Wanting to drink the drinks with the food and that resulted in some waiting. The croquettes are the best I have had. The tagliatelle made of pork with prawns came with an amazing sauce—Rich, glossy, and worth mopping up with the fluffy sourdough bread. We got a surprise dish, Iberian rice. This lunch was impeccable, ridiculously delicious and beyond elegant. Easily enters my top 5 of best restaurant experiences ever. The service was very professional yet casual and friendly the perfect mix between world class food and casual ambiance. Since we are in Seville for a few more days, we’ve booked again and can’t wait to try the Iberian tasting menu. Today we had the lamb with pine nuts and poached egg, the bork and bacalao, the meatballs, and a bellota smoked sardine starter. To finish it off chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream. Everything was flawless. The price is too low, they can easily charge double.
We did the the Iberian tasting menu and boy were we in for a treat! Every dish was really quite different and unique, but tasted very very good! We were very impressed with how iberian ham was incorporated into all different dishes, especially the dessert was a surprise (don't look at the pictures if you want to be surprised)! Although we just opted for some wine on the side, you do have the option to have an accompanying wine with every dish. Overall we had a great evening! It really was a nice and unique experience that we would recommend if you enjoy iberian ham, great food or just something different in general!
It's always a risk when restaurant more or less puts all the effort for one thing. In this case its Iberico pork. But oh my: this place is a must visit! By far best pork dishes we have had. We ate with a family, ordered first courses and mains. Shared and tested all the dishes: all were excellent. Traditional but creative. Extemely well balanaced tastes. Excellent service And very nice wine pairing. If you visit Seville, this place shoud not ne missed.
