L'alysse Restaurant

We loved this place! We were travelling back from Caen to Paris and found this off the beaten track restaurant. It was exactly what I wanted. I was just saying to my husband that I would love to be invited to someone's home and have a meal. Well this is it! This restaurant is part of the owners home. The place was spotless. The food is very. good. The service is excellent. the owners are very friendly. This is a must to see for anyone visiting this area of France.

We ate here one night while staying in Bourg-Achard.The restaurant is very nice and the staff very friendly. It is part of the owner's home but does not give that impression.The food was lovely and freshly cooked, ample portions. There was plenty of choice on the set menu and carte. The restaurant had many locals in which is always a good sign. We had a pichet of red wine which was tasty. Prices were reasonable for the quality food we ate.

We stopped at this lovely restaurant en route for a quick lunch. My duck dish was delicious and my children shared a seafood and fish dish which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

love this brasserie! we visted several times for lunch. great quality food , brilliant desserts especially the chocolate mousse or chocolate creme brûlée ! excellent, friendly, service. a must visit if in the area.
