I don't usually make any reviews, but this place deserves recognition. the service is fantastic and all the employees work hard to make them feel comfortable. the philosophy of restaurants is unique and very clear. the place is really about the customer and good eating. what I love is that this is not a kitchen that produces mass, but eating is always delightful and unique. the tapas offer a great choice and flexibility where they can mix and fit when they want. the restaurant itself is not on the main road and it is not easy to find, but the personal is very unique in its approach, as they do not press with their show. massive respect before the owner and all the emp...

Who can give a better review for a restaurant than someone who worked there for ten months. The uniqueness of the menu..the owners and the staff that work hard every day so everything is prepared fresh,the higience level,the atmosphere of a welcoming house are(to name a few) reasons that anyone should try to have at least one dinner there.. For me working in restaurants for 16 years now was the best experience i had..i realy wish you the best..you deserve your name LAND OF FREEDOM!!!!

High cousine and 5 star concierge service with unbelievable cost for such a tastefully gastronomic delight... hummmm, yummy to say the least. I've loved each bite and all dishes cutely presented paired with the correct wine. Craft and conoseurship well noticed like no other restaurant in this island. Land of Freedom...I love the rainbow logo which rimes flamboyantly with its restaurant name. Not to be missed while visiting as much as the paradisiac beaches of this island.

I would recommend a visit in this beautiful restaurant and tapas bar. we had vegan tapas with a selection of weeping, pfancake with jam and to finish we had the land of freedom cocktail. great place to eat and drink.
