The wild season has begun. My nut salad with chanterelles was great. The salad was very tender and generously covered with lukewarm egg mushrooms. My venison schnitzel with porcini mushrooms (4 pieces), red cabbage, egg spaetzle, Brussels sprouts. Absolutely awesome...
