Although we had asked for extra when booking, whether during dinner a vegan menu is also possible, which has been hunted and is also advertised on the website, we could only order the main dish and the intermediate dish, as described by the service as vegan. we have booked in the hotel adler pelzmühle from Monday to Wednesday (on the website via the book button) to hike and relax in the sauna. the booking with half board was also confirmed for both days. unfortunately we only found out that there is no dinner for hotel guests on Saturday (Monday).
