A very nice moment. Benoît with Chef Vandriesshe and their great team made us spend very pleasant moments. Although my darling suffers from celiac disease (gluten intolerance), the chef welcomed his dishes to eliminate gluten components, thus limiting the risks and allowing us to enjoy two of his exceptional cuisine. Not always easy to do for non-specialized restaurants, especially in the middle of the season! We found that the whole room team as well as in the kitchen, was sensitized to our diet that we had specified when booking. Finally, we chose to accompany our 3 glasses of wine dishes, Axel our sommelier for the evening, from the top of his 19 years, he has his knowledge and confidence...
