Vaig fer una reserva no cancelable per Booking, pero em vaig equivocar de dates al reservar. No tenien habitacions disponibles així que finalment no vam poder quedarnos, pero la noia de recepció es va oferir a buscar-nos un altre allotjament i ens va deixar conectar-nos al Wi-Fi quan vam voler buscar nosaltres mateixos! També tot i que la reserva no era cancelable, ens va gestionar tota la devolució. Estem molt agraïts perque el que ens hauria pogut amargar les vacances es va quedar an anécdota. Moltes gracies pel tracte!
We couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding. from the minute a neus showed very close to adapting to any request we could have. facilities are spectacular and have everything you may need to do the event ten. We closed all the rooms and all the guests stayed to sleep thanking this gesture because they had a great time, enjoyed a lot, loved the whole place, the food and the staff, the whole team of 10, attentive and fun.
We were here at a group dinner. We choose menu.They have several options (various menus at different prices). Ours consisted of a bit, quite varied and abundant amounts. a second and dessert to choose.All the food was correct. The only glue that day was the service. the waitress who assigned us seemed new or with little experience... otherwise all right.
Descobert de pasada , una grata sorpresa de restaurant , un gran menu de tardor , espectacular les patates de la garrotxa , el milfulles d anec, el melos de vedella .etc El maitre molt simpatic i aconsellant i les cambreres molt atentes . Tornare quan tornem per la zona Reserve uma mesa agora
