What a shocking meal. The food was absolutely terrible poor quality made by a chef who obviously doesn 't know how to cook basic food. The only passable dish we had as a table of 4 was the plate of charcuterie which needed no cooking but even this was let down by the awful tasteless bread. Starters of red mullet was 3 pieces of raw fish still with the skin on buried in a small plate of salad. Salad of Chèvre chaud croustillant was burnt. Main courses of filet de dorade was in fact red mullet which was half raw sitting on top of what seemed to be everything the 'chef ' could possibly find in the kitchen some sort of semoule purée, carrots, peas, red yellow pepper pomegranate seeds. When I was reading the notes I am a bit surprised about the quality I got served today not in line with the actual notes. We was eating Corse Veau which for me was served with wrong pasta and the taste was not there leading I had to use salt pepper which I never do usually. The cake served on the desert was medium and not from today. Globally a deception especially when you see the price!

We very much enjoyed dinner in this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice Corsican Menue with fish as the main course and a sweet cheese desert (Filadone). We had a very nice local white wine with the menue. We can only recommend this place in the Old Town of Ile-Rousse.

Expensive and poor food. The “Agneau confite “ was only fat and bones. And they couldn’t care less. Find another restaurant. There is plenty around.

Nice restaurant with excellent food and service. During our stay we had our dinner there times, and all dinners were delicious, well cooked.
