I loved this menu and in particular: the very elegant basket of delicious breads and breads, the truffle butter (the taste of the truffle is well present in the mouth,) the sologne caviar of the house hennequart (usually caviar, not too salty as I love it), the turbot cooked perfectly with a beautiful aspect of nacré, the sauces of miam. I'll come back to recommend the slate of the market to gourmets.
