Excellent reference for me on Tarbes. Reception, service, decor, but especially the kitchen! What a delicacy! Each plate is beautiful, each ingredient is highlighted. I love this mix of Asian and French cuisine... Before ordering, we bring you small bites to taste... And the menu of the day at 28€50 is frankly very affordable for the quality of the plates! We'll be back!

Very professional restaurant with a warm welcome and presentation. Well educated staff with a very sharp service, good presentation of dishes. I loved it! Very good restaurant, refined dishes, succulent, from beginning to end of the meal. Administrators and small care. We took the menu of the day to 29 euros. It's better to book, the restaurant was full Wednesday noon!
