L'artisan Du Burger

I live in the neighborhood and went 4 times to this restaurant in 6 months. twice was the burger excellent, twice poor??? As if the chef had changed ... Then I find that the marketing concept too much: too many chefs made in Top Chef or Michelin to finally sell a chopped steak, with a sauce, cheese and 2 breads ... at a high price. The ingredients are good except the bread that is too brioche that is easily erased). The average service: if you take your burger, check on site that there is nothing missing. This will prevent you from coming back: In short the competition is so developed on this niche that you will find easily other restaurants in burgers on Boulogne.

First visit and conquered: friendly and casual welcome, and my buger with cheddar was excellent: juicy, gouty, with real fries. But there where I expected them at the turn, it was for the chicken salad that my friend had taken: par-fait! the very well grilled chicken, the vegetables, the sauce: it was nice. Obviously, the quality is right here.

We spent a great 5-night evening with two teenagers who loved the burgers. Their fries are top too. A good time with family thanks to two super nice servers. This little restaurant with a glasshouse is worth a visit. We'll be back! Thank you.
