I mentioned I didn't like the two dishes that were brought out earlier, and before I could say more, he told me I'd need to speak to the manager. I agreed but pointed out that I hardly touched them. This is my first time writing a review on Google. I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and the last two times I was here, I noticed how the workers treated the Hispanic community, versus the black community. Us as a black community have to constantly vocalize our wants vs their culture gets a 10/10 service. I spoke with the “supposedly” manager Nancy and she stated to me twice that I don’t have to come back if the service is horrible. She’s correct but being a business and the priority is to bring in revenue, that comment was very ignorant. I tried reconciling the concern over the phone and she continued to be ignorant. The gratuity is included, but why am I tipping for horrible service...

Food is amazing. The service not so much. Long wait times. Only 3 employees working and the restaurant was pretty packed. Not to mention they have a 20% gratuity added and it was only 2 of us. Then I asked for two limes to go and they charged me $1 for two limes and didn't even inform me that there was a charge for limes. Overall 3 stars. Mainly because of the service. But the food is amazing and extremely pricey

This is a awesome restaurant and bar. I have passed over Las Fuentes in Alsip for years. Please stop if just for the amazing Margaritas. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
