Las Segovias Comida Nicaraguense

We have enjoyed delicious food from this place for years but Today my husband when and order Bajo and salpicon, I don't know what happened if they have a new owner or just change staff but the food was horrible no flavor and the Bajo was extremelysalted, My husband ask for gallo pinto and they gave them white rice also without flavor I really doubt we are coming back ????

The nacatamales were so mushy that I couldn?t eat it. The masa seemed uncooked, they had very little flavor, and the meat had a bone in it. I was only able to take a few bites and stopped eating it. It?s unfortunate because we don?t have many Nicaraguanrestaurants here.

One would never know about this tiny restaurant without friends in the area. We always get the mixed grill, which provides a taste of many savory Nicaraguan delights. We went in the early afternoon and parking was easy. The chilero is fresh, the fruit drinks...More

In Hispanic centric Huntington Park you'll come across a number of speciality restaurants and Las Segovias is one of them. It really helps to have a Nicaraguan buddy to help you through the menu. Different tastes and good ones. Tiny. Recommended! ....

Awesome, I can't complain! Everything was perfect, the food, El cacao delicious!! La carne asada, its like being in Nicaragua.
