L’auberge D’ailhon, Bistro Chambres

Refined cuisine that showcases seasonal products. A gourmet experience of quality, undoubtedly. Less convinced by the reception, which was not very warm or even almost hostile at certain times. No flexibility on the menus, not even to add an entry to my 12-year-old girl who finally wanted to eat like the big ones. Maybe we came the wrong day. I will resound the experience, because the frame is lovely and Ailhon is one of the most beautiful villages in France, hoping to put a 5* next time.

A restaurant that really worth the detour to the mileu of the beautiful village of Ailhon. It was Charlotte who received us with great kindness and we enjoyed ourselves. The products are local and of high quality, mastered cooking, amazing and delicious associations. A menu where the plant is in the spotlight, but not that (fashion and delicious cheeses)! One of the vegan guests was also able to recover, we warned a few days before without any problem. Get back!
