This was the first time we have eaten here. The meal was very tasty and the atmosphere inviting and comfortable. If we have a criticism, it is that the choice of desserts all seem very rich. Perhaps a little less cream all round especially the tarte citron, which I feel should be a little sharper. Nevertheless, we intend to return in the Spring when we hope we can visit during daylight and add the view of the Loire to our enjoyment.

Escargot appetizer stunning. Very good red wine from region at modest amount. Beef was a bit tough. Profiteroles very good. Lovely, elegant setting server was good but too much for one person so our main courses arrived not hot.
