the restaurant is located on the side of an inactive volcano and proves a magnificent view of the valley and other dormante volcanoes. great view for a sunset. if the weather is good, they must sit on the outside, where the prospects are not observed. the service was. very good. the owner speaks excellent English, but the waiting staff is limited. that was not a problem because we knew exactly what we wanted. a local speciality is noticed for truffade. the menu is very good, but we all wanted this special plate - it like a very thick pancake with thin sliced kartoffels boiled in vegetable fat until tenderly then add tome cheese to melt and then tilt it and add pork or dessert. this is served...
