Fervente cliente de l’auberge des biches depuis plus de 15 ans, je suis retour pour la première fois ce nuit depuis le changement de propriété. Overall, that’s right, but I’m always disappointed to have lost this unique taste, which distinguishes it from other pizzerias. Goat pizza that turned out to be a safe value for me, is no longer one. The dough is much less thick, and the slices of goat have passed from generous and good to small and tasteless. I will resound the experience in the hope of finding my brands there (I also give the new owners the time to adapt) but it is true that if it is not exactly the same recipes that I will lose one of my favorite addresses. A faithful man!
