Lazeez - Reservar mesa

The ambiance of the restaurant was decent. The samosa chaat was delicious, and the chicken tikka makhani was good as well. However, the karahi chicken was below average. The main reason for giving it two stars, though, is that they automatically add a service charge to the bill. They claim it's not a gratuity but rather a service charge. They even mentioned that some people of South Asian descent only leave a $1 tip, which is why they implemented this charge. I found it confusing whether it was for service or gratuity. Since we're from out of state, maybe this is standard practice in New York.

This is a fantastic authentic restaurant that has been a staple in the area for decades. The owner was incredibly friendly and was very understanding of our NYC tastes. Be sure to mention that they don't hold back on the spices, unlike places that cater to a blander palate. The chicken bombs were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

I just had Lazeez for the first time today, and I can honestly say it’s the best Indian food I’ve ever had. I opted for takeout, and everything was still hot and fresh when I picked it up. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Makhani, Vegetable Samosa, and Garlic Naan, and I highly recommend them all. I will definitely be returning for more!

I haven't dined in the restaurant itself yet, but their delivery service is consistently good. I really love this place; I’ve never had anything from here that wasn’t delicious. There are some fantastic Indian restaurants in the area, but this is the one I order from most frequently. Highly recommended! Reserve uma mesa agora

I never had Lazeez until today and it was the best Indian food I ever had. I went with a takeout and everything was still hot and fresh when I took it. I ordered Chicken Tikka Makhani, vegetables Samosa and garlic Naan. I highly recommend them. I will definitely get food from them again.

This was my first experience with Indian food, and I absolutely loved it! The flavors were wonderfully different and incredibly tasty. I found myself pausing several times just to fully enjoy each bite! The host was very polite and patient, taking the time to explain the dishes.

I haven't eaten at the restaurant yet, but get delivery/take-out fairly regularly. I really love this place, I have never had anything from here that wasn't delicious. There are some great Indian places in the area but this is the spot I get from mostoften. Highly recommended

Great authentic spot, been in the area for decades. The owner was very friendly and understood our NYC anxiety. Make sure you tell them not to hold back on the spice because he?s use to the bland customers. Chicken kabobs were on point! Will comeback Reserve uma mesa agora

We stopped in first for a small bite and had a selection of appetizers, many of which were vegan. We later had entrees delivered and loved every bite. Definitely would recommend.

Parking is a major problem, and if you're fortunate enough to find a spot, your food will likely not be ready. The food tastes stale! I do not recommend this place.
