Lazia - Reservar mesa

Lazia is advertised as fine dining, sadly not our experience on arrival, for our 7.30 booking, for which we was a few minutes late, we was advised out table would be a few minutes and to wait, a few other guests arrived and was told the same but offered a small drink whilst waiting, we wasn’t and had to ask. i then asked how long our table would be at 7.50pm, i was told 5 minutes, but also pointed out that we arrived a few minutes late, i asked the relevance as our table should have been ready for 7.30. we was taken into the dining room, for which the noise level was through the roof…upon arrival, we was advised that it was a tapas and the food would come out when it was ready, by this time...

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. We waited over 15 minutes without drinks. Eventually, another waiter noticed us and took our drink order. The food arrived in a bizarre sequence, with entrées being served before appetizers, and my husband receiving his meal 10 minutes ahead of mine. Our assigned waiter never checked on us or asked how the food was. As we were leaving, the same waiter who took our drink order apologized for the poor service. Spending over $250 for dinner is unacceptable without any service. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning.

Took forever to get a drink. Not that busy in there. I ordered a beer took about 15 to get to me then I ordered one more about an hour later and it never showed up was told by the server everything on the menu was meant to be shared?? Got one entree and it barley would feed a kid. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new. Don’t bother making a reservation you will not be seated until 30 minutes after.

This was my second visit to Lazia this year, and I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s a charming hidden gem in Kansas City. The service is outstanding, and there are plenty of food options to choose from. The ambiance has a lovely mood, and the service has been excellent on every occasion. As a music enthusiast, I appreciate how well Lazia understands music and curates the perfect playlist. I really adore this place! Reserve uma mesa agora

The food at Lazia was incredible everything was very good. We had a 9:15 pm reservation and weren’t sat until about 9:50 pm. When we finally sat down, the waitress seemed annoyed the entire time we were there. The food and ambiance were great, but unfortunately the staff just seemed unfriendly.

This was one of the best meals we have had in a very long time! It was fantastic ! The new chef is awesome! We will definitely be back! Impressed by food service and decor! Only negative was the music ! It just wasn’t classy enough to go with the wonderful meal!

I’ve shown it to you before yeah that’s so pretty realistic I think yeah when you get more towards 1 million please I don’t know. Oh yeah the bathrooms got like a separate toilet room really care about that. Have a nice thing to have.

I did not expect that loud rap music in an Italian restaurant. also, the server did not know how to serve wein. good grieving.
