Le 4810 - Reservar uma mesa

We had booked a couple weeks in advance as a group of 13. We arrived at 7 when only one other group was there but did not receive starters until 8. We all got mains about 9 but fondue did not arrive until 9:10, it seemed like the fondue had been left for some time as one had a layer of water and bread in it, one was somehow melted cheese but cold they also forgot the meat to go with it. It was a very disappointing meal and was not worth the price we paid. We complained and the ‘apology‘ was taking one fondue off the bill.

We were completely misinformed by the good reviews we read on Google and TripAdvisor. Maybe the cook was ill or maybe he died, because the food was terrible. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived (in peak season) and that should have been a sign. But the food was terrible. The worst salade montangarde I ever had.

Very good food, waiters are very nice. Would be perfect if they were more of them... Clearly two for the whole restaurant is not enough.

The staff put themselves out to give us a pleasant evening. Sadly, although the restaurant opens its doors at 5:30 you can’t eat til 6.
