I made sure that the goat cheese sorbet would be replaced. actually, it was replaced but by a red fruit sorbet with raspberries...search error. for her part my husband chose the dish and the signature dessert either and euros of supplement. Gold, the supplement of the dish is not justified the meat is good but not exceptional, as for tomatoes they are not at all sublimated. dessert is good but no more. We've been used to the big tables and we've been disappointed, it's not enough...

We have taken the great menu as usual sequences) with suggestions on supplement, this is the first time we don’t take the cheese supplement so much the rest of the menu didn’t convince us. The place is beautiful... Too bad we had a lot of waiting for this cheff to the stars this year )to finish the service is much too chichi pouette .. not at all in the air of time it is necessary to take pleasure to give it...In conclusion we are happy to have done it once but will not return ..

we traveled from aix and discovered on instagram that helene darrozes team of the connaught will be in this amazing 5* hotel for the summer. we went to lunch and they create a very unique and simple menu, but so delicious! the burrata was for...the for and the sea bass en croûte en sel was prepared with great! thanks for this incredible moment we will never forget. merci

came above all to taste hot darroze cuisine in this fantastic hotel of the villa la coste. we had the pleasure of eating in the louison room. the table was just under louise bourgeois. eating was very delicious with an incredible texture. we took the...7 courses menu and we were all thrilled. the service was very professional and friendly at the same time.
