My wife and I spent two nights at Hyatt Regency Paris Charles de Gaulle Hotel, and it was simply fantastic! From the first minute we were greeted by an extremely friendly and professional staff. The rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the room design has made our stay even more pleasant. But the absolute highlight was breakfast! A selection that leaves nothing to be desired – from fresh fruit to a variety of pastries to hearty dishes. The quality of the food was top-class, and the presentation was very careful. The friendly staff made us feel like kings. The location of the hotel near Charles de Gaulle...

I had a free 3-night stay at any Hyatt worldwide, through a Hyatt promotion, and it happened to line up with a family vacation we took in Europe. My wife and I were able to get a weekend away in Paris. The hotel was good. We didn't do much more in the hotel than check in. We spent most of our time in Paris. But the room was great, very comfortable, and plenty of space. We thought the hotel being located right by the airport would be convenient with taxis going in and out of the airport. But, when we got off the train from Paris after 10 PM, there wasn't even a taxi available to take us to the hotel.

I had the opportunity to go there only for a professional lunch, but it is a very pleasant establishment, a very large patio adjourned with a very airy dining area. The choice of the buffet is very provided and diversified. It is a hotel of superior standing that is not necessarily accessible to the common of mortals but that deserves allegiance to him.

The room had many problems with it. The carpet was peeling up and had a large hole in it. The door had damage and so did most of the furniture. The grout in the bathroom was filthy. The light fixtures in the bathroom were off-kilter. The shower filled up with water. A complete disaster of a hotel.
