Le Bar'back - Reservar uma mesa

This was the best food we've had around Lac Léman since arriving in Publier a week ago. Black Angus meat was excellent, although we didn't find the fillet steak (imported all the way from Uruguay) equally as good. We had snails and salmon for starters...and they were thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family, even by our yougest son who's only 24 months old. I have eaten in four French cities but yet to like any of the restaurants I've been to. I would, however, highly recommend this place with confidence. Price-wise, it was quite reasonable too, 117 euros for two adults and boys aged 6 and 2, and we were so full towards the end that we shared one tiramisu between the four of us.

we can go through the restaurant and we are not disappointed. quality steaks with choice of weight and cut, served with simple salat and frit and tasty house made sauces. professional and friendly service, but ready to wait a little on a busy night. limited starter and dessert choices, but again, delicious and original content and presentation. loved my deconstructed cheesecake with pistachios, strawberries and basilikum.

The way the menu is composed is a bit strange at first since you need to choose the weight of the cut that will be served, it was a bit difficult for us to have an idea. We ordered 200g for me and 150g for...the wife which was enough. We found the meat very good and cooked as we asked, the fries with herbs very tasty and the local beers very good.

I ordered a beautiful medium rare steak and crispy chicken to start. the starter was very appetizing, followed by a perfectly gegarten steak that meets the point. I will definitely return for this great food and excellent service. I have the lists upstairs while I was in this city.
