Le Bistrot - Reservar uma mesa

We spent two evenings in Tudela. After eating in Le Bistrot the first night, we went back the next night to try some of their other offerings. Between the two of us, we had lamb chops, salmon, suckling pig and steak. Everything, including the tapas, was absolutely delicious. There is nothing fancy, no strange spices or sauces, just basic cooking done at a superb level. There are three bistro tables inside, plus a long table and bench; otherwise, you need to eat outsides at the various bistro tables. Make a reservation if you want to eat inside.

Tucked away just off the main square of Tudela this bistrot has a typical thriving bar on the ground floor with a stylish white napery dining room upstairs. An interesting menu is offered via a QR reader which caused us some difficulty. Fortunately helpful staff were on hand. Local dishes on offer with Patorrillo (sheeps tripe) for the connoisseur and /or the brave.

Great attentive service, 2 nice guys, and what a great food they serve here. We have enjoyed these tapas so much, the best we had during our 8 day trip in the North of Spain. Should not be missed!

Good service and fresh tapas, we tasted almost all of the tapas and it was all fresh and flavorful unlike some others we tried in Tudela!
