Dinner to two. Very good as usual but small couac as to the cooking of the requested stabbing and which arrived cooked. Excuses from the boss. We didn't want him to come back to the kitchen to avoid mess. Free coffee as a commercial gesture would have been welcome. Too bad.

An excellent evening with my husband at the Noues. Flats well erect and very good from beginning to end. Served by the boss with explanations for the dishes and the chord and wine. We will return with pleasure.

Very good meal in this restaurant. A price-quality ratio more than correct for traditional cuisine. A great bravo to the team
