Le Bistrot du Bar A Quai

We visited Le Bistrot du Bar A Quai on a Sunday night, when quite a number of other restaurants in Sainte Marie de Re were closed. We opted for a table on the pavement outside the restaurant. The food and wine were very good.

Excellent mid priced bistro. Good simple food and excellent service. Good for an holiday meal. Advise to book during July and August.

Chaotic, didn‘t get served, unfriendly staff, not flexible. No need for me to go there a second time. Not a good experience.

I echo the previous review- awful experience. Don’t bother going unless you want poor service and rude staff!

The server was so odious that we had to leave. Scary. The waiter was so rude we had to leave. Appalling.
