Le Bizan - Reservar uma mesa

My favourite experience of the ski trip was Le Bizan. This is not just a restaurant it is an enchanting story. From the second you enter you are transported to the heart of Kyoto in the heart of the Alpes endorsed by the knowledge that the man in front of you Masa was once private chef to the Emperor of Japan. We seemingly fell in love with this incredible place. As a newbie I opted for the 5 course taster menu and within seconds I was hypnotised by this culinary wizardry. À la recherche de mets subtiles, nous n'avons eu que l'illusion... un prix exorbitant pour quelques morceaux de saumon sur les conseils avisé d'un responsable de salle peu scrupuleux. Conclusion : un repas médiocre au prix d'un 3 étoiles !!!Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.À ce tarif offrez-vous le luxe d'un restaurant étoilé !A bon entendeur

Небольшой японский ресторан в самом центре куршавеля в отеле.блюда готовит японский мастер.очень все вкусно и дорого))есть прекрасный десерт мочи,очень вкусный!!!единственный минус-это ресторан маленький и без вида,также ,немного больше васаби,чем положено.а так-обслуживание,еда и комфорт-на высоком уровне

Sehr kleines, wunderschönes japanisches Restaurant. Der japanische Sushimeiszer bereitet fantastische Sushi zu. Auch der Nachtisch war ein Genuss. Sehr freundliche Bedienung!
