Le Bon Vivre - Reservar uma mesa

We booked a table here for dinner at 8pm only to find we were the only diners. We were told the majority of the business is at lunch. However, we were not disappointed. We sat on the terrace as it was a pleasant evening. Very good menu choices and the food was delicious. The starter came out and we were quite surprised as it was the size of a main course! You will need to be able to speak some French or have a dictionary as very little English is spoken. This does add to the experience and even if you speak a little French it will be appreciated. The restaurant is located next to a holiday home complex, which was a little noisy, but it is well worth a visit.

We had lunch there two weeks ago and we're looking forward to returning for a Sunday lunch. The new management is turning out great traditional French cuisine and also adding some interesting touches. We returned for lunch on the following Thursday and since I am vegetarian the chef made a walnut, honey, fried apple, Roquefort and lettuce salad that was over the top.

Under new management, they are a lovely couple, trying hard, accommodating, ready to listen to any suggestions. First and third thursdays , lunchtime, moules frites to leave home for. Take a doggy bag as the portion is more than generous. 13 euros for three courses plus 1\4 wine

Great traditional French food, fresh and tasty. From office to farm workers and builders this place is popular with all. Great no frills food.

Went for dinner on a monday night as only place open in the village. Very tasty food.. very french. I’d go again
