Le Bouchon - Reservar uma mesa

Every time i go to Gap this is the restaurant where I go. The quality of the food is amazing, full of favors starters, amazing home-made ice cream(vanilla, chocolate and ginger are killers! and sorbet. Delicious home-made chocolate cake. Excellent food! I highly recommend it to everyone who go to visit Gap. I am still longing for their ice cream back in London.

We spend almost 3 weeks in France and this was by far the best food we had. We went for lunch and got a culinary surprise. Only home made food. Tasteful and loads of local ingredients. The chef is NOT ordinary. Go and get a experience out of the ordinary. Our favourite was ice cream with thyme. Splendid!!! Thank you for friendly service and fantastic food.

Le Bouchon is truly a charming and exceptional restaurant in the Hautes Alpes Region. Ambience, service, and of course the food, were all exceptional. We ordered the Canette a la Royal and the Plat du Soir (Duo de porcelet), both exceeded our expectations. For us, this is a restaurant we will surely remember on our return trips to the region!

Went on a quiet Wednesday evening when many of the restaurants in Gap were closed. However we got a warm welcome and decided to go for the Plat du jour at €25 which wasn't the cheapest but was very good indeed. The staff (possibly the proprietor) was very efficient and friendly and overall we had a very tasty and enjoyable meal.

We have not found too many good restaurants in Gap but are very happy that le Bouchon is an exception. Absolutely outstanding for lunch and great for dinner. A good set menu with nice variety. Friendly staff.
