The title refers to my visit around the La Coutellia exhibition. Following a recommend we booked into Flo's bio resto and were blown away. There was a trio playing jazz in front of the panoramic glazed window which gave a stunning view across the Limagne to the Puys, Sancy and beyond, as the resto is on top of the city walls. The muse bouche was excellent with a glass of apero, the main event was a shoulder of pork dressed with hay and capped with a rye bread hat and baked for 10 hrs, the hay and hat gave an interesting tobacco aroma, the meat was succulent and paired with pommes gratin and garlic flowers.
