Le Cachottier Bistro Bar

My first visit to this restaurant left a great impression on me. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. They graciously kept the kitchen open for me even though I arrived a little late. Their wine list and beer selection were top-notch, including some great options from local microbreweries. I'm usually not a fan of tapas, but they had a few choices that felt like a full meal. The food was amazing, and the sous chef even took the time to explain each dish. And to top it all off, the cheesecake was one of the best I've ever tasted. Overall, great job to the team at this restaurant, and thank you!

I try to go here often when in RNR. The painting on the wall is pretty cool. It is a tapas kind of a restaurant. Got a great seat close to the door so it had a bit of a breeze and was comfortable but it was busy and parts of the restaurant looked hot. The food is always great, the wine is always great. Definitely eat here, and language was not an issue (i.e. wait staff good with English)

This is a great restaurant that serves tapas-style portions, which means you need to order two to have a full meal. The presentation is impeccable with gourmet dishes featuring bold combinations. How about trying a poutine with rabbit and blueberry sauce! It may sound strange, but it is delicious. The terrace is lovely and the atmosphere is excellent.

I am delighted to have discovered this restaurant. The tapas dishes were beautifully cooked and paired with a wonderful variety of beers (particularly for us Americans). Every one of the six dishes my friends and I sampled was delicious and expertly made. This restaurant is truly a hidden treasure.

Great spot in the hub of Rouyn with patio. Great vibe, friendly service. They have the regular menu and then a monthly specials menu. All awasome pics. Creative chef leading a young team in an open kitchen/bar area. Great food from starter to desert!!!
