generous salads, with excellent products: truite smoke, ham with truffle, or gésiers/foie gras. the dishes of the day are also exquisite, as well as desserts. It's all done home. in 3 weeks of treatment I went to lunch several times at the coffee of the baths and was never disappointed. each time very kindly welcomed, it was a pleasure. Thank you.
