All the other restaurants in Chatel Guyon were closed so we landed here on Tuesday night with my husband. From the first few moments, something is wrong: the server proposes us to sit at a table not erect. The atmosphere is cold and heavy, and we are used peanuts for the air, in a gastronomic setting. The entrance is very mediocre: a salad of hot goats that arrive cold on the plate, probably prepared too soon. The waiter, in polo, explains that they've always done that. My husband also appreciates his terrine. The dish is the culmination of dinner: frog thighs without garlic and parsley, just with butter, with potatoes cooked with water without seasoning.
