Le central - Reservar mesa

From outside this bar/restaurant gives nothing away but once inside the full ambience of France hits you. We called in today after getting caught in a torrential downpour. The manager was very welcoming, helped us find our way through the menu and made us feel like valued regulars. We ordered the plat du jour which was pork in a mushroom sauce and it was wonderful. We were serenaded with typical French music and quickly surrounded by locals which reflects the quality and value that Le Central provides. The previous reviewer, Rune Viking, is correct - watching the manager perfectly serve a very busy lunchtime on his own was fascinating. Definitely worth a visit.

We were a group of 6 Americans who traveled on the canals of Brittany. Because of the rain, the channels were closed and we were in Redon looking for lunch. We tried a few places, but they close how it was 2PM. We stopped in Le Central and were warmly welcomed by the owner manager. Our French is not very good and his English was a little better. But he took the time to explain the peculiarities. Even brought pattern plates to help us decide. Although he was alone, drinks came fast and the food followed quickly. His wife cooked on the back. Everything was delicious. Definitely a place for good food and a warm friendly atmosphere while you are in Redon

The manager was very welcoming, helped us to find our way through the menu and made us feel...like esteemed regular. We ordered the dish of Jour, which was pigs in a mushroom sauce and it was wonderful. We were sung with typical French music and quickly surrounded by locals who reflect the quality and value of Le Central. The previous reviewer, Rune Viking, is right to watch, the manager perfectly serve a very busy lunch time on his own was fascinating. Definitely worth a visit.

I have visited this restaurant/cafe on many occasions over the last years. It is always an experience. I think the best part is watching the owner/manager service a full house, which he always does with amazing speed, humor and efficiency. The food is pretty standard and simple bistro type (steak frites, hot dogs, salads etc). Food is pretty inexpensive given that the portions are big. Reserve uma mesa agora

Petit bar tranquille, assez étroit, situé dans une rue en amont de la place Saint Sauveur, qui reste discret et très apprécié des locaux. Attention, affluences de lycéens aux heures de sortie de cours (/!\ les mineurs ne sont pas contrôlés /!\). Autrement, les boissons sont bonnes, prix corrects, et le petit jeu pour deviner sa boisson et l'avoir gratuite est plutôt sympathique.

The food is quite standard...and simple bistro type (steak frites, hot dogs, salads etc.). Eating is quite cheap as the portions are large.

Ce qu'il faut commander : un surpriseOn le goûte et si on découvre les sirop, notre verre est gratuit.A faire entre amis ! Très convial, à faire entre amis ou famille.J'y ai déjà déjeuné également. Petits prix et excellent !

Super accueil dans ce café - brasserie !!! Certes le patron est super speed, mais quand on voit le travail abattu c'est incroyable ! Et il garde le sourire, tout le temps, tous les jours !!! Reserve uma mesa agora

Petit bar bien situé dans le centre-ville de Redon. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, bonne ambiance et accueille chaleureux !
