Le CERAMIC - Reservar uma mesa

We were avoiding the autoroute du soleil by using the N7 and stopped by chance at Le Ceramic. We were dleighted to find that we had accidentally encountered a gem of a restaurant.The setting by the side of the Rhone was superb. The food was excellent - we both had the scallops with salad and an apricot tart and the service was equally good. I might have taken exception to the music over the PA but as we couldnt hear this in the restaurant so it was not an issue. Mme Filippi, the wife of the chef and owner was jolly and appeared to be really enjoying her chosen profession.This was so much better than stopping at a services on the autoroute.

Nous passions par là et la photo des plats nous a donné bien envie. Un endroit au calme au bord du Rhône, vue magnifique, serveuse agréable et autres clients très sympathiques également. Quant au repas que dire à part des assiettes très joliment présentées, un tartare de thon délicieux, un saumon cuit à la perfection, des haricots frais et des frites maison ! Une très bonne adresse et nous sommes amateurs de grands restaurants ( pour la référence). Un menu complet et délicieux pour 18€.

By the river rhone a beautiful restaurant and hotel,but the hospitality was less than that. we wanted to sit in the terass to see the magnificant view but the waitres insisted we shoul sit inside! as we were drinking only coffe! We promised to sit...just a few minitues! and than we left/ as she didnt like it she forgot to bring the milk for the coffe!
