Le Chalet de la Vallee

Sur la route de la vallée de la Loue, un bien joli chalet vous attend.On y sert une cuisine de grande fraîcheur et qui peut être simple (plat du jour) comme très élaborée (à la carte). Les plats sont préparés à la demande, aussi si les resto est bondé, prévoir un peu d’attente mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine !Pour cet avis, il ne s’agit que de plats à la carte. Et du poisson qui plus est !Les St Jacques en entrée étaient à tomber. Qu’elles soient en carpaccio (pas sur le menu, mais vous pouvez demander au chef), au comté – vin jaune ou autre, ça vaut le détour.Les poissons… Quel bonheur. An excellent idea to walk when the heat is overwhelming, because the path along the Loue is in the shade. The color of the water was beautiful and the dizzy lead. A good physical condition is however necessary, because the path is sometimes slippery and some passages are perilous to pass.

Great view of the source of praise. Water despite drought (08/22). Very easy access, even in the flip-flops, because the path between the parking lot and the source is entirely concrete. A little effort to get back to the parking lot! It won't take you too long!

Very nice place. the map is good and prices are attractive. the server is super nice there is also a local for bikers to place jackets and helmets there. it is also very well located 500 m from sources that are super pleasant. Come on, this is a good address.

Nice little restaurant or regional specialties. And it is on the path of a magnificent walk at the foot of the Gorges de la Loue.
