Le cham's - Reservar uma mesa

I can't talk too much about this place. We were in many ways the nightmare family for a French gastronomic restaurant: a vegetarian, three young children and only one adult who eats from the fixed menus (choice of the most expensive at 35 €). The owner and the boss... were very accommodating and made a good meal. The children's menu consisted of a peasant paté that was declared tasty and chicken and mushroom with one side of pasta the same answer. We had the set menu on €18 on Thursday noon. The restaurant was empty from us so we enjoyed an excellent attention from the owner / Waitress. She was pleased to practice her (good) English to explain the menu and tell us her husband...only uses fresh local products in his kitchen. The food was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and was sufficient to satisfy my healthy appetite without having both feelings that we had eaten too much. We had a pleasant enough home rose and finished with coffee that was good when a bit cool for my pleasure.

I've been to Chamalières all summers a long time and I've never been to Cham's. On the occasion of a visit of friends, we went there on a Sunday evening and I promise to come back every year. Pizzas cooked with wood fire are delicious. The fries are cooked in beef fat (a treat! . The staff is adorable. Top !!!
