1. They struggled with finding my reservation name as I have a Korean name, better to book a simpler name if you have a unique name. However, other hotels never struggled so it was a bit weird. 2. The food was artistic, overall, the food was wonderful but one fish menu tasted a bit sour, and raw cooking. We told it honestly as they asked how it was, but it was just asking, not like a real service checkup. 3. Their service was nice and educated like any other hotels, but we had a problem with ‘water’. Since it was tap water, we didn’t expect to pay, but they charged 18chf. As we mentioned to one waiter, another waitress came and this is for filtered water charge, but she will change the check...

I recently dined at Chat-Botté, nestled in the Beau-Rivage hotel in Geneva. A true gem for lovers of French cuisine! Sehr gehobenes Restaurant, jedoch ohne steif zu wirken und ohne Dresscode. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Preise entsprechen den gebotenen Niveau. Aufmerksamer jedoch gleichzeitig unaufdringlicher Service.
